Sachin Vohra

Business Head – Recruitment

Sachin Vohra has been associated with Quess since 2009 and heads the Recruitment, Executive Search and the RPO business at IKYA. With over 15 years of experience in recruiting, Sachin successfully manages the IT, ITES, non-IT and volume hiring business verticals for the Company. Prior to joining IKYA, Sachin has worked in the technology sale space for over 6 years. He has also worked with Adecco India Ltd as a General Manager. Sachin holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from the Pune Institute of Technology.

Ratish Nair

Business Head – RPO

Ratish comes with over 16 years of recruitment experience across Leadership Hiring, Contingent hiring, Compensation Benchmarking, Recruiting Process Outsourcing across India and Middle East Ratish has now been with Quess for over 9 years and has managed multiple business, handling large teams across geographies, managing scale and complexity.In his current role, Ratish heads PeopleNow, RPO division of Quess Corp Ltd. Managing large scale complex projects across large business houses.Prior to joining Quess group in 2008, Ratish was associated with INX Executive Search (IMD network) in various capacities over 4 years. Ratish is a Bachelors in Commerce from the Mumbai University.


Sanil Gupta

National Head – Sales & Solution RPO

Sanil Gupta is associated with the Recruitment Industry from the beginning of his career and has developed strong expertise in all areas of the Recruitment Process, In the last 12 years he has worked in Consulting, Permanent and Contract Staffing Space in both Sales and Operational Roles and successfully turned around things working with Global Client Solution Team, Key Accounts Management and RPO Team.


Rajesh Sharma

Group Head – Human Resources

Rajesh comes with more than 19 years of experience and has worked with organisations like Standard Chartered Bank, Wipro and Marico Industries. He has also had an entrepreneurial stint for 6 years where his organisation worked with multiple clients in designing and implementing client organizations’ HR roadmap. Rajesh has led various large scale transformations in people processes, technology implementation and change management.
